Works great, heavyweight and moves large logs with no issues

Don't fool around. If you have a chainsaw you need a log jack or timber jack and this is the one. I can't believe I went so long without getting this. If you are cutting logs on the ground, no matter how careful you are, you are going to dull your blades not to mention pinch your blades. With this jack it's simple just jack it up and cut like salami. Many of these type of jacks have reviews where they bent or broke. I don't know how you could break this one. There's no babying it I've hung on the end and no problem. Assembly is a snap. The two big aggressive cant teeth are key for grabbing all sizes and types of logs. Many others are really only for rolling a log. This can certainly do that too but it can pop a big tree up for cutting and thats where you really save effort and make the cuts much safer too. I also like this design that doesn't stick your handle in the dirt or mud. I like this aluminum model because it is much lighter to carry around. Even if you only cut a few trees a year the safety improvemnt alone is worth the purchase. Definitely 5 stars!

Age has beat me down and limited me. This tool allows me to work on trees again. Though I only have a few acres, it seems like there is always a tree down somewhere, or one that has to be removed. This is a heavy duty tool with a thick gauge pipe handle that can lift tree trunks off the ground. Look at the picture and make your own decisions. I'm glad to have this tool and fully expect my neighbors to borrow it or buy their own.

Great well built product! Easy to use and keeps the chain out of the dirt. Will lift bigger logs then stated in description, just cut a small notch in the wood for it to grab.

Bent 2nd log I rolled. Contacted seller who gave me some other number. No one answered or returned my call. The idea works well I think steel would prolly be more appropriate. Update. Got new handle sent to me. Seems to be holding but haven't had a decent size log to really test it somewhat like the first. I also realized if the ground is to uneven and log to bent bucking it down a little helps. The product works great if your big enough to hold your saw and work this with one arm. I can produce very effectively like this. Less time sharpening chain less likely to touch dirt. Enables full rpm cuts all the way though.

Wow it more powerful than i thinkEasy to use

This tool was very easy to assemble, just a wrench and about 5 minutes. This tool makes it so much easier to cut wood! It does a great job of keeping your chain out of the dirt. It is unbelievable strong. I was worried that some of the bigger fir would be too much, but they were not. I should have bought this years ago...

Pretty easy to assemble and then use. It keeps my bar and chain well above dirt, which I enjoy. Also beats trying to roll or lift large logs

Worth every penny, very strong lifts massive logs off the ground for cutting. Have been cutting wood for decades, this tool is a tremendous help and is a game changer. Is more expensive than most. But better than all of them. Can’t destroy it. Great product!

Amazing. Should have bought one of these years ago. No more cutting into the dirt and dulling your chain. This will lift a very large tree trunk with little effort. Very well made.

Easy to assemble i saw a video but if you can't assemble this easily you should go near sharp objects

This thing is a beast rolls big logs over an keeps it standing off the ground so your saw dosen't bind I'm 61 an I felt that it made the job so much easier, it's built tough way stronger an beefier than I thought it was going to be but still light because most of it but the claw is thick aluminum

Awesome tool, do not hesitate to order. This makes cutting downed trees easy, it can handle a large tree. I wish I bought this sooner.

So far so good. A big time saver in handling and cutting big logs/tree trunks. How it will hold up over time, but week one…I’m loving it.

I cut alot of firewood. My ego poo poo'd alot of the products other's used. However, I bought this and my work day is so much easier. I no longer accidentally tip my chainsaw into the dirt. I can roll some pretty big logs off the ground with this. TIP: roll the log up off the ground and link your log but do not cut all the way through.. drop the log on the ground with the uncut side up.. zip through the remainder of the cut.. that way you won't have to keep moving the roller. Highly Recommend..

The provided hardware was too short and I had to buy longer hardware.

gets the log off the ground. Easier on your back and no more hitting the ground with the saw. Money well spent.

Very sturdy and all metal- easy to handle logs and keeps them off the ground. Dont settle for anything else.

Had some big logs all thrown on the ground from land clearing company and of course I had the bright idea of saving some money by buying a chainsaw and all the equipment. I did not save money. But this thing was a life saver on some logs that were on the ground. Helped me roll some big logs that were just too close to other ones. I didn't use it all the time but when I did, saved me so much time and effort. Pretty sturdy and strong but there are limits to what you can move.
