All purchases are final. Woodchuck Tool does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Lifetime Warranty:

The Timberjack, TimberPro, and DualPro carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. No paperwork, no registration required, no expiration date. The hook on each of these tools is excluded — it is a wear part.

The hookaroon and the Skidderoon are not covered by warranty.

To make a warranty claim, email contact@woodchucktool.com with a description and photo of the defect. We will replace defective components at no charge.
