Return and Refund Policy

US orders

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email contact@woodchucktool.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

International orders (Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand)

We don't accept change-of-mind returns on international orders, except where local law gives you a right to cancel. Customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland may cancel within 14 days of delivery: email contact@woodchucktool.com with your order number, then send the unused item back in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and your refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving the item.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, email contact@woodchucktool.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a refund, wherever you are. This doesn't affect your rights under your local consumer law.

Warranty

The Timberjack, TimberPro and DualPro carry a lifetime warranty; the hook is excluded. The Hookeroon and Skidderoon are not covered by warranty. See our Terms of Service for details.
